As Flavorsmiths, we don’t cut corners, our Passion Fruit Spritz is crafted with a nice white Chardonnay, fresh lime, local passion fruit, and the finest Mountain Magao. No artificial flavoring or industrial concentrate.

Passion fruit is the fruit of a hundred aromas, to which we decided to add a unique one. The local Taiwanese mountain pepper, if you never experienced it, it has the most delightful lemon scent and an indescribable depth, it simply enhance the passion fruit by amplifying both aroma and flavor depth, a one of a kind pairing.

Flavor Balance - 均衡風味

We designed our Passion Fruit Spritz to deliver a rich fruity experience, with an elegant Sweet – Sour balance slightly on the sweet side. However, we don’t overdo sugar and it still retains a very refreshing quality. 

我們精心調配的百香果白酒,可品嚐到豐富的果香味,具有優雅的酸甜平衡,略帶一絲甜味。然而,我們並不過度使用糖分,讓它保持著非常清爽的口感。

What are the sediments? 沉澱物是什麼?

Our Passion Fruit Spritz are made with real Passion fruit and the fibers will sediment at the bottom, we decided not to remove these fibers as they are a lot of flavors, just give the bottle a gentle shake before opening it. 

百香果白酒是使用真材實料的百香果製而成,其果肉纖維會沉澱在底部,我們決定不去除這些纖維,因為它們蘊含著許多風味,只需要在打開瓶子之前輕輕左右搖晃兩下即可。

What is the cocktail shelf life? 即飲調酒的保存期限是多久?

Our cocktails are produced in small batch so as to avoid sitting stocks but are perfectly shelf stable with a best by date of 6 months.
我們的即飲調酒以小批量手工生產,是為了避免庫存過多,並保持品質穩定的保存期限,最佳飲用期建議為六個月內。

How do you keep them stable? 如何保持產品的穩定性?

To ensure a reasonable shelf life for our RTDs, we combined a very strict sanitary protocol with the lowest amount of stabilizers possible. A small blend of acids (Citric, Malic & ascorbic) to prevent oxidation and a hint (< 40 ppm) of sodium metabisulfites at bottling to ensure that no fermentation occurs. 

為了確保我們的即飲調酒在商品上架時有足夠的保存期限,我們依據「食品添加物使用範圍及限量暨規格標準」添加極少量的穩定劑;在裝瓶時,使用了適量的食品添加劑(檸檬酸、蘋果酸和抗壞血酸)以防止氧化;並在裝瓶後添加了微量(小於40 ppm)的偏亞硫酸氫鈉,可阻止酵素性褐變作用,以確保不會發生發酵反應。
